Allows to create and manage shipping classes in swipestripe
Requires SwipeStripe Flat Fee Shipping to work: https://github.com/icecaster/silverstripe-swipestripe-flatfeeshipping
Create shipping classes through cms, eg free, small, medium, large.
Designate one as default, eg medium.
Assign priority score. Higher priority makes it overrule lower ones.
Link class to flat fee rate, via your existing module.
Checkout picks rate with highest priority, displays rates.
Inherits all existing functionality (country) that comes with flatfeeshipping.
