Remove size mapping from the result view

Current version uses size mapping for score, but it should be removed and replaced with color mapping.

Make nodes slightly bigger if possible. Consult Samson.

Size mapping had been removed from the style, and instead, slightly larger, same size nodes will be rendered just like the ones in the paper diagrams.
