Clearing inputs allows simulate that does nothing.

I hit the Simulate button, and got no result.

To get to this state, I clicked Example and selected RAD57 and then hit Simulate. I got a good simulation.

I then clicked the X in the Gene Builder. The selected genes went away, but RAD57 remained in the Genotype. I hit Simulate.

The simulation disappeared and no simulation was shown.
