conway's game of life for prodigy code kata

To run the game:

    ruby -I. game_of_life_driver.rb

Only does 10 turns of the same hardcoded matrix.

To run the tests:

    bundle install
    rspec -I. conway_spec.rb

Tests are solely related to the game logic in `game_state.rb`.
