VatsimRadar is a live flight tracker for the VATSIM network. You can view a live map, track your flights and view information about flights. VatsimRadar is a work in progress website which means that things get added along the way.
VatsimRadar was (and is) built using the latest technologies in order to deliver high speed, realtime flight tracking. VatsimRadar is inspired by FlightRadar24 and aims to deliver as much information as cleanly as possible. Features are being added along the way and requests to add new things are always welcome. VatsimRadar strongly depends upon a well founded community and couldn't exist and won't exist without enthusiastic hobbyists.
Please refer to the following guidelines when submitting patches and additions. In general, we follow the "fork-and-pull" Git workflow.
- Fork the repo on Github
- Clone the project to your own machine
- Commit changes to your own branch
- Push your work back up to your fork
- Submit a Pull Request so we can review your changes
