Create animated gifs that looks like gasoline puddle from any image
python benzin_gif.py "path/to/image.jpg"
It creates pics directory with frames in .png, output.gif and video.mp4
opencv: pip install opencv-python
imagemagick: usually present in popular linux distributions
ffmpeg
telepot: pip install telepot
Also you need to create 'pics' directory where bot will be run and put file with your TOKEN from @botfather (see sources)
