The code for all three figures can be found in calculate_ratios.ipynb. To recreate the figures, execute all cells in this Jupyer notebook.
There are two directories in this repository:
data: contains data forcalculate_ratios.ipynbfigures: generated plots from the code
To install the requirements for this repository, clone the repostiory using
git clone https://github.com/SMAPPNYU/moc_ratios.git
Then, install the requirements by running
pip install -r requirements.txt
