Here (see release) tensorflow whl with GPU support build from source for old xeon e5320 installed on desktop PC with Ubuntu 18.04
Compiled with flags -march=native -mssse3 -mcx16 -Wno-sign-compare
so no AVX SSE4 and other stuff
and it works
