[Feature Requrest] Tag File Section

Love the plugin! Would love to see a tag file section, similar to outgoing and backlink file sections.

Thank you for the feature request!

Displaying files with the same tags is actually a high-priority item on my to-do list, and I plan to give it a shot. However, I need to do some major code refactoring first. Please bear with me for a bit.
