Fluent UI Theme for Notepad++ with Mica effect

Fluent-Npp

Fluent-Npp brings the dark theme from Visual Studio to Notepad++, with Mica effect support.

This version is based on VS2019-Dark-Npp by SeanCline, with the main update being the addition of the Mica effect for a more dynamic, modern look.

Installation

Initial Setup:

0. If you haven't already, enable Dark Mode in Notepad++ by going to Preferences -> Dark Mode for a better overall look.
1. Right-click HERE and select Save As to download the theme file.
2. Go to %APPDATA%\Notepad++
3. Open the themes folder (create one if it doesn’t exist).
4. Place the downloaded .xml file into this folder.
5. Restart Notepad++.
6. Go to Settings -> Style Configurator
7. Select Fluent from the theme dropdown.
8. Click Save & Close
9. Go to Settings -> Preferences -> Dark Mode
10. Set the Top and Main tone color to Black or #000000
11. Close the preferences.

Apply Mica Effect:

1. Install the Npp-DarkNpp plugin.
2. Open Plugins -> DarkNpp -> Mica to enable the effect.
