Export view not working properly

v05.09, win 64, in software mode:
when I display the "segmentation" layer in the pixel classifier, at medium opacity, on top of labels and raw data; and when I then press "export view", I get a file which contains only the latter two layers, but not the first.

I tried to reproduce this in software and opengl mode without success...
