Image Segmentation Issue

Hello,

Awesome tool, but I'm having some issues with the segmentation results using napari. I just installed the ilastik plugin (using the recommended miniforge), and got the label making running great with no issues. However when I attempt to run the segmentation, I'm getting a very strange result with an almost blank image of a very strange shape.

I've attached a screen shot of my napari window after the segmentation, and a jpeg of the resultant image.

Hi @DarthRevan109! Sorry for such a late reply. Hopefully this issue is sill relevant to you.

I failed to reproduce on a sample grayscale image from napari examples (File -> Open Sample -> Napari -> Cell). What type of image do you have (e.g. file format, RGB or grayscale, number of dimensions)? Note that it's a very early prototype, multi-channel images and volumes are not supported yet.
