Pada file /etc/sysctl.conf di setiap router yaitu pada UML SURABAYA, PASURUAN, PROBOLINGGO, BATU, KEDIRI, MADIUN, BLITAR dibuat agar dapat melakukan packet forwarding IPv4 dengan melakukan uncomment pada net.ipv4.forward=1 sebagai berikut.
