Prior to running the server, you need to create a virtual environment.
In Terminal:
> virtualenv UBS
> cd UBS\Scripts\activate
> pip install django
After the virtual environment has been created you do not have touch it again
To Deactivate:
> deactivate
To Reactivate:
> cd UBS\Scripts\activate
