This combines several sub-projects previously created: profiler, vidPro, and jpeg-enc
There are tree sub-projects in aplx folders:
- rtmGov: profiler with several governors
- vidPro: image/video processing (edge detection, filtering)
- jpeg : jpg decoding and encoding
