    1. Clone this project

    2. Set up database

    3. Use rake task rates:import to fetch and import new data from remote host. Each time when you run it, you can see the log of this task and know how things is going. (/tmp/rates/env/import.log)

    4. Use rake task rates:convert (ex. rates:convert) to get rate for specific date
