How to install

1. On Windows, run solarized-dark.reg
2. cp .bashrc ~/
3. cp .vimrc ~/
4. cp .vimrc ~/.config/nvim/init.vim
5. mkdir ~/.vimtmp
6. Install Source Code Pro from https://github.com/adobe-fonts/source-code-pro
7. Update bash.exe font by right-click on window, defaults
8. Install vim-plug from https://github.com/junegunn/vim-plug
9. Run v, then run :PlugInstall
