Create a React Redux counter
GOAL: Create a CounterContainer component that displays the counter value and includes various buttons enabling you to dispatch various actions.
After having dispatched all of the actions in the application triggered by the various buttons, use the Redux DevTools export function to retrieve the state.json file. Add this file to your project root.
VALIDATION CRITERIA: 1. The counterReducer.js file contains the reducer code
2. The CounterContainer.js file contains the counter value display code and the buttons to dispatch the actions
3. The index.js file contains the store creation code and provides to the App via a Provider
4. The state.json file contains all of the action names
