It is now possible to generate adsl data with treatment 2. But this happens very upstream, this will have potential lots of changes in downstream

todo

  1. set default with_trt02 value to TRUE in radsl function. build, and compile and update all data, push to github.
  2. in scda.2022, compile the new cached data package with TRT02* columns.
