The beer is a partial mash fermented in two stages with Cascade, and Centennial hops to 55 IBU and an ABV of 6.8% Aggressively dry-hopped with cascade hops for an extended time gives a grassy rather than citrusy feel. The beer is carbonated in keg to 2.8 vols
