npm install finishes with error on a freshly generated project. It seems the generated versions of chai and chai-as-promised are not compatible. See chaijs/chai-as-promised#281
Downgrading chai to 4.3.10 seems to work.

CHAI 5 is definitly not useable with ioBroker currently.
