signout not working from admin

Signout does not work from the admin app after signing in the admin app. After signing in on the occurrence app, signout on the admin app works fine.

Steps to reproduce:

1. go to the occurrence app
2. sign out
3. go to the admin app
4. sign in
5. try to sign out
