better indication that the user needs to hit enter to add a reference

not sure if it was in our scenario's, but it seems this wat pretty clear for the end users, or not @Ayame ?
Well the user testing that is going on now clearly suggests otherwise. I made the mistake myself the first time and thought it was a bug.
OK ;).
I'm not sure how to fix this. Maybe a "+" icon on the right hand side of the input box would make it clearer that you can add items?
Let's check with @Ayame if she has any ideas?
Must be something that got left out somehow, because it was shown in the first user testing as well (see issue #280), apologies!
Solution: everything that has "add enter to add" needs an "add" button, similar to the way we handled it on the measurement or fact page. Styling in the same way, to avoid confusion. @olecve would it be possible to add that please?
I will close #280 as this has been moved to here now.
