It's a ruby console application based on the rules of the magic predictive ball. This apllication is written on ruby version 2.7.1, but it's probably would be working on earlier versions of ruby.
To run this apllication you should have installed ruby and downloaded zip archive magic_ball.rb. You should go to unpacked folder magic_ball-main and type in console:
ruby magicball.rb
