Description:
All starter templates use ts-node 8.x (see https://github.com/ionic-team/starters/blob/main/angular/base/package.json#L57) which is more then 2 years old (see https://github.com/TypeStrong/ts-node/releases/tag/v8.3.0). The latest version is 10.9.1 https://github.com/TypeStrong/ts-node/releases/tag/v10.9.1
