Bagpipes wrong pitch - Song #12 of FF Tactics Advance

Here's what the first notes should sound like: https://youtu.be/Jj8N8qg-wP8?si=VmOoCC6lBoLNbHha

The bagpipe drone at the beginning of the song seem to be down a minor 3rd when played via agbplay.

It's a bit hard to hear in the mix but it sounds right to me in F mixolydian. Bagpipe plays Bb, C, F, G, F.

I think that's a different instrument you're hearing. The bagpipes are just playing a drone on F at the beginning, but comes out as D in agbplay. Here's the audio I'm getting just in case... https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-AqcGgbrHvhYcY4BBxJRmITehcki7YJj/view?usp=drive_link

(since it's a bagpipe, there's also undertones of C and F that are heard droning as well--A and D in agbplay. if needed I can export just that track.)

I cannot reproduce this. It sounds like that for me:

Oh, I know what the problem is. The bag pipes use the fixed frequency mode. You have to set the right value for that in ~/.config/agbplay.json at pcm-samplerate. In your case that value is 5. agbplay cannot determine these values automatically at the moment.
