Save CI build results to EOS

Currently, the bitfiles created by the CI build jobs are saved as artifacts for 2 weeks.
However, it would be useful to have the build results saved to a web-accessible EOS directory (in particular for the master branch and tags), to make it more easy to download bitfiles when when testing firmware before releases and if users report problems with the example designs.
