Suggestion: rename ipbus_cdc_reg(.vhd) to cdc_reg(.vhd)

Hi,

Following the naming conventions used throughout the IPbus suite, I think it would be nice/good to rename ipbus_cdc_reg to cdc_reg. That would get rid of the 'spurious' ipbus prefix, and match with cdc_reset.

If people agree, I hereby volunteer to make the required changes, check that the examples still build, and submit a merge request.
