gse2mseed - convert IMS1.0/GSE2.x CM6 and INT waveform data to Mini-SEED.
GSE structures recognized: WID2, STA2, DAT2 and CHK2, all other information in the input file(s) is ignored.
For usage infromation see the gse2mseed manual in the 'doc' directory.
The releases area contains release versions.
In most Unix/Linux environments a simple 'make' will build the program.
The CC and CFLAGS environment variables can be used to configure the build parameters.
In the Win32 environment the Makefile.win can be used with the nmake build tool included with Visual Studio.
