Important notes: in order to run this application you have to set 3 system variables:
- TELEGRAM_TOKEN if you want to fork\reproduce this bot, request an application token at @botfather
- STEAM_TOKEN request your api token at Steam: https://steamcommunity.com/login/home/?goto=%2Fdev%2Fapikey
- GITHUB_TOKEN if you want to keep track of your error applications on github, I suggest you to request a github api token.
