just noting-- locations in some openContext records are reported to 13 decimal places (e.g. "ark:/28722/k2028tb6n", "latitude": 43.15323094550857). This equates to about 0.02 micron precision (at the equator). I'm sure the accuracy isn't anywhere near that.
I'd suggest rounding lat long values to 5 (about 2 m) or 6 (about 20 cm) places as a matter of practice.
