To deploy this on heroku, just create 2 environment variables as VERIFICATION_TOKEN and PAGE_ACCESS_TOKEN by going to dyno Settings > Reveal Config Vars and add your tokens there.
Otherwise use ngrok (https://ngrok.com/) to run on local.
