Pain point: users in Swahili speaking countries use browsers in English, so Accept-based language detection is broken for them. Solution: this plug-in that overrides Polylang's language detection setting the language = Swahili for users geo-located in Swahili-speaking countries. If a user does not come from a Swahili-speaking country, continue with the usual Polylang language detection logic.
