View the details of the notification in the Admin cabinet ("Повідомлення")

As a Super Admin, I want to be able to see all details of the notification, so it should be displayed on the page.

User Flow
Main UBS menu -> Choose "Повідомлення” (Notifications)

Preconditions

The user should be logged in as a Super Admin

Acceptance Criteria

1. GIVEN the User want to see all details of the notification
   WHEN the User clicks on the necessary notification from the list of ones
   THEN the user shall be redirected to the another page “Повідомлення” (Notification) with the only information about it.

The first field should duplicate the fields (line) of the notification from the main page and the name of fields for selection.
Below this field should be the next fields for activity with notifications and their settings.

2. GIVEN the User want to return to the previous page
   WHEN the User clicks on the mark next to “Повідомлення” (Notification)
   THEN the user shall be redirected to the previous view of the main page “Повідомлення” (Notification)

Out of scope - create new notification, edit the notification
