Preconditions
Log in as Admin https://www.pick-up.city/#/ubs-admin/orders

Steps to reproduce

1. Apply filter by column 'City' selecting option 'Київ'
2. Display filter options for column 'Район'
3. Pay attention filter options display not only administrative districts of selected city but also nearby towns.

Actual result
Irrelevant filter options displayed for column 'Район' when filter is applied by column 'City'

Expected result
Only the related districts should be available to choose. (e.g. if Kyiv is chosen, then admin can select only Kyiv districts)
