Preconditions

1. GreenCity site is opened https://www.greencity.social/#/ubs-admin/tariffs.
2. User is authorized as Admin.
3. "Tariffs" page is opened.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on the pricing card on the main page “Tariffs”.
2. Click on the ''Add tariff'' button.
3. Fill in all fields except the "Capacity" field.
4. Pay attention to the "Capacity" field.

Actual result
The "Capacity" field is not highlighted in red and the error message is not displayed in the "Add tariff" pop-up window after leaving this field empty.

The "Capacity" field is highlighted in red and the error message is displayed in the "Add tariff" pop-up window after leaving this field empty.
