Introduction

A browser extension to blur your private content on the web page while taking screenshots or screen recordings.

Installation

Clone the repository from the following command or download zip and extract it in your local system.

git clone https://github.com/juniorjainsahab/Blurowser.git
  • Open the browser and go to chrome://extensions. On the right top corner, you will find a toggle button to start developer mode.
  • Click on load unpacked and a dialog will appear to browse the extension go to the director and open the folder which you extracted or cloned.
  • After Installation it will look like following image and then restart your browser.

How to use?

  • Press Ctrl + B to activate Blurowser
  • Start hovering your mouse and select the area where you want to blur the content.
  • click on the selected area to blur the item.
  • To disable Blurowser press Ctrl + B again.
