Install Windows Unattended (Mount the ISO in Hyper-V or ESXi or ProxMox as a second CD/DVD ROM -> During Windows Install, the Windows Installer will check all devices for an autounatten.xml file...). You can also create a USB Stick, using Media Creation Tool and copy the AutoUnattend.xml to the USB stick
