Triangulate_MONO failure

Hey y’all,

I was trying out Triangulate_MONO on some polygons and found several where it was unable to triangulate properly. I tried triangulating the same polygons using Triangulate_EC and it worked just fine, though much more slowly as expected.

After tinkering for a while, I managed to find a small example where the triangulation fails:
