Medical Batch Image Generator in Python

Adjusted batch generators for 3D CNN Lung Nodule Detection using LIDC-IDRI & Other private datasets training using Pytorch, on NVIDIA Tesla P100 16GB Adapted from batchgenerator by MIC@DFKZ.

For more recent updates, please clone/fork it directly from master branch batchgenerator by MIC@DFKZ.

How to use:

  1. OS: Ubuntu (Windows not supported)
  2. Create virtual environment
  3. Clone repo & install neccessary package + batchgenerator (see steps below)

Clone repo & Install neccessary package:

git clone https://github.com/ivanwilliammd/batchgenerators.git
cd batchgenerators
pip3 install -e .
