Synctex does not work with japanese text

Synctex works well with english text, but does not with japanese.
I cannot jump to the right source when I click pdf.

Atom version:1.23.1 x64
pdf-view version:0.61.0

Can you please provide an example PDF and source text which can be used to reproduce the problem? And then a short GIF which demonstrates the problem with that PDF and source text? That should help whoever wants to tackle the issue to reproduce and fix it more quickly.

I think this is in effect a duplicate of #194 & #193
