Editor dirty icon does not seem to work

The close button is visible while the dirty icon should be the one that is visible. as you can see in following screen shot, it shows up in title since it is handled by vscode but not in the editor tab.

I’m pretty sure this is a bug in VS Code. There’s a close-dirty icon name (for which I specify a value), but it isn’t used for dirty tabs. Since I’m already injecting CSS, I added another override based on what the default CSS uses:
