Code to follow along Matthew Fowler's book Python Concurrency with asyncio. Available from Manning Publications here: Python Concurrency with asyncio.

Instructions

  1. Clone the repository
  2. Create a virtual environment and get dependencies. Note this project uses Poetry. If you don't have Poetry installed, you can install it with:
pip install poetry

Then, to create a virtual environment and install dependencies, run:

poetry install
  1. Run the code. For example, to run the code in chapter 1, run:
poetry run python ch01/common.py
