find $1 fares on BoltBus
A web scraper that uses selenium and chromedriver to walk through the boltbus website to find all currently available fares and export to csv (v1 - Seattle to Portland only)

- send a notification if there is a $1 fare available (haven't seen any yet...)
- log in to the bolt bus website -- purchase a $1 fare on the spot?
- choose your destination city -- choose your departure city ---find a roundtrip ticket
