Scripts to benchmark structure learning of Bayesian networks with mixed interventional and observational data

The file iBGe.R runs simulations for a single setting, seed and network size. This may be run locally, or called from an outside loop (like run_local.R) for example on a cluster.
The file collateResults.R collates output files from the different runs into the mergedresults directory.
The analysis of the Sachs data is handled in sachs.R, while plots are in the figures directory.
The Sachs analyses were run with:
- R version 4.1.2
- BiDAG version 2.0.6
- Bestie version 0.1.5
While the simulations were run on a cluster with:
- R version 3.6.0
- BiDAG version 2.0.4
