Generate form based on schema returned by Kong Gateway admin API

This project tries to build a generic form generator accroding to Kong Gateway admin API, so admin use can create new entities and plugins.

Project tech info

run npm install to install dependencies
run npm run dev to start local dev server
- if the Kong Gateway is running in the same server, which means it can be reached by http://localhsot:8001, just running npm run dev is OK
- otherwise enviroment variable KONG_GATEWAY should be set to the server address, so run KONG_GATEWAY=http://your_kong_gateway_host:port npm run dev. see details in .proxyrc.js
visit the url shown by npm run dev, the default url is http://localhost:1234

Due to time limitation, these type and rules have not been implemented yet.
