Reuse/align content with GO Protege documentation

We have a guide for editing GO in Protege, written by @dosumis, @mcourtot and other GO editors.

A lot of this is quite GO specific, so not appropriate for incorporation into the general OBO tutorial. Some parts are quite specific to the community of ontologies that emerged around GO and OE and use a particular set of annotation properties, e..g subset properties. This constitutes a significant body of practice and we should think about how to incorporate.

At the least, we could have reciprocal links between the two documentation sets
