Build and install

git clone ...
cd uhdm-tool-example
git submodule update --init --recursive
mkdir Build
cd Build
cmake .. -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=`pwd`/install
make install -j8
