This is a repository for script and instructions for change detection of pre and post fire in the Teakettle Watershed

Note: you will need a few packages to read and edit las files in python

  1. you will need to be in a python 3.5 environment while installing
  2. you will need to install a package called msgpack pip install msgpack
  3. you can now install laspy pip install laspy
