Otto, once programmed with the APP sketch, will respond to this desktop version of the app. You can use the USB programming cable Or if your Otto has Bluetooth connectivity, and your Laptop / Desktop has Bluetooth, you can use this.
How to Install:
Download the PUBLISH folder. Open the folder and DOUBLE CLICK the setup.exe program. The installer will download any additional files needed that your PC may not have to run this software.
